I recommend browsing Tarkheki's gallery for more hollow Rukia pics; I do believe she came up with the original crack concept of a parallel Rukia hollow...or at least was the first to draw it :P

I can't be sure; I'm just a lurker, but I think Tarkheki did the first art for it. You'll have to ask around.
